Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

Director                                                                                                                                                                        Jennifer Nolen is the Director of Kids R Kids of Cypress.  She has been the Director since the school opened in March 2007.  Prior to this position, Jennifer worked at our sister school on Keith Harrow Blvd for 5 years.  In that time, she has served as an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, Front Desk Assistant, and Assistant Director and Director.  Jennifer oversees the daily operations of the center and can answer any questions you have as well as address any concerns that may arise.  Jennifer is married to Chris and has two children, Wes & Brynn. 

Assistant Director                                                                                                                                                             Kathy Johnson is the Assistant Director of Kids R Kids of Cypress.  She has been the Assistant Director since the school opened in March 2007.  Prior to this position, Kathy worked at our sister school on Keith Harrow Blvd for 2 years.  In that time, she has served as an Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher.  Kathy handles enrollment, children's files, and assists in overseeing the daily operations of the center.  Kathy is married to David and has two children, Zachary & Kendall. 

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
